Don't bother doing any kind of Hermes packageless return here. I had an Amazon return with two items, but when I printed out the label and took it to the counter, the cashier told me they could only return it if it was one item and it would need to be packaged. What a load of diarrhoea. Drove out of my way to another packageless Hermes store immediately afterwards who took my two itemed return without any issue. No packaging. No 'one item only.' Maybe get someone behind the counter who knows what they're talking about?

Miserable and unhelpful staff all of the time. It takes next to no effort to say hello and to help if someone is having an issue. Youre lucky to get a grunt from the guy behind the counter. Maybe take on another profession?

Went to bring my Amazon package back that you have to scan. Two men very unhelpful, said I couldn't see screen as did not have glasses, just said'Well you'll have to come back another time'- they were the same last time I went. Never again
