Ordered £26 worth of food, food come and was the wrong order even though I had told 2 people what my order was 3/4 times. I rang back up and told they would send the right order and I need to give the wrong order back which was fine. The chips were horrible so dry and crispy not nice I sent one bag back as my children wouldn't eat them. I see loads of people going into this chinese so was so looking forward to it was a real disappointment. When the right order come back the chips were stone cold and nasty. Not happy at all

Placed an order online for a takeaway to be delivered at a certain time. Received a call 2 hours before order due to say they were delivering, so I said it was 2 hours early and I didn’t want until the booked time. The order then arrived 30 mins after the booked time & half of the order was missing. So checked with driver who had nothing more. Then rang and was told order was complete (so basically accusing my of lying) that I ordered through Big Foodie so they would not refund me. Customer service appalling. You go into their own website and it says you can order online, but then you are redirected to Bigfoodie!! The food we did have was Luke warm and mediocre. I strongly recommend to anyone to go elsewhere!

I ordered on saturday last week around five pm and the service was exeptional. The young man serving me was polite and charming while i was ordering. Delivery was prompt- took about 30 minutes! Very impressed!!! Well done to all of the staff!

Always really tasty food from here. Good prices too. They have a really extensive vegetarian menu and their curry sauce is vegetarian unlike many other Chinese takeaways which is made with chicken stock. The website works well for ordering and delivery is always quick. Recommended.

Im aware that it was Valentine's day but we ordered at 7:00pm and it is 09:54 and our food still hasn't arrived. I have made 2 calls to the restaurant within this time and have been told our food would be here by 9:30. I understand that it is a busy night but i feel that extra precautions should have been made to make sure our food arrived at the time specified.

Ordered a chicken curry rice and chips and extra curry sauce..when it arrived they forgot the curry so by time that arrived it was all cold curry was cold when it got here waste of money because ended up in bin..

When I received the food it was freezing and really solid where you could barely chew it phoned up to complain and the manager was swearing at me and not doing anything about it they are really rude and do nothing about it

We will never order from here again! Food arrived and one meal was missing, called Wok Kitchen to be told the meal was packed in the box, which it wasn't! Told to get in touch with Just Eat for a refund, no offer of replacing the meal, no intention of helping! Had to order the missing meal from another takeaway. There is nothing worse at a family gathering than one person being unable to eat because their meal is missing ! Extremely poor customer service .. my advice to everyone is NOT to order from here, there are plenty of other lovely takeaways in Bromsgrove, stay away from Wok Kitchen !

Ordered salt n pepper chicken it come hard and inedible,once rung they were shouting and said it isn’t their fault. Never ordering again!
