An incredible service that I cannot recommend highly enough. They fixed and checked my 97 year old mum's hearing aid whilst we chatted. I was very pleasantly shocked! A chance comment was picked up on and within days Zoe had checked and cleared my mum's ears, with none of the feared side effects. Zoe is amazing. Consummately professional, very patiently talking clearly until mum had understood but NEVER patronising. Thank you to my GP receptionist for their recommendation and I cannot thank Zoe and the Northgate team enough.

Very helpful with up to date technology you might not leave there hearing better but you will have a better understanding on what's going on and they manage to fit me in at last minute very highly recommended thank you ZOE.
