Tecaz - Stockton

Very pleased with service from Paul at Stockton branch. Looking forward to seeing it completed. (Follow up ) Following the excellent sales service it all went down hill from there. The after sales service leaves a lot to be desired.

Sales staff are great, however we purchased a bath room suite now for 4 months ago (April23) , the sink tap has blisters on the tap leaver and is starting to flack, the loo seat no longer soft closes and slams shut. TECAZ customer services WOULD not help to either replace or offer a quote to purchase replacements. Shop around as cheap isn't always cheerful and will end up spoiling your dream bathroom and/or kitchen.

We bought our bathroom fittings and tiles from Tecaz and found the company to be great to deal with. Delivery was organised and done on time, the only issue we had with the company was the delivery as they only delivered to the door not inside and a lot of the items were extremely heavy, especially the 20 boxes of porcelain wall tiles. Once we had the order we found two incorrect items, they had delivered the wrong sink unit and toilet seat but both were replaced as soon as we told them. The bathroom is now installed and looks amazing, really happy with the products .

Shocking customer service. Got a bathroom from them. Toilet had a crack and they basically said tough! Refused to replace and acknowledge any responsibility. Too expensive and for that service. Why would you bother!

Had a new bathroom fitted in may 2021, the chrome started to come off the taps within 5 months, I complained to their customer service dept who allegedly spoke to the supplier who sent a replacement out, which I had to pay to get changed. Now the shower riser has started losing its chrome and the same poor story from customer service, a part will be sent out as a goodwill gesture but I have to pay again to get it replaced. Tecaz should have their own fitters employed to go around replacing all the dodgy parts they are selling, poor service and wouldn’t use again or recommend.

Let's start from the beginning, this is a review of the bathroom that was ordered by my family.The staff were more than happy to sell everything, because they are sales people and only care about commission. However they don't check what they are ordering. they ordered wall panels that all had to go back because they were wrong type. They also ordered more wall panels for the ceiling, when challenged about this they told us they don't do ceiling panels. (so why not just tell us that.)so our fitter had to go and order the correct ceiling and wall panels from a reputable supplier. the name I will not mention, also the measurements were all taken incorrectly, so the panels that were ordered would not fit anyway. (Apparently measurements for walls are taken from on top of the skirting board, who knew.)The next setback was the counter top for the bathroom, this set back out fitter again as the counter top was damaged and unable to be fitted. When challenged about this the manager was incredibly rude and simply said what do you want me to do about it. (Great management style.) This meant the job was delayed again, because our fitter had to order and collect a new worktop from the previously mentioned reputable supplier.And finally, to add insult to several injuries regarding this Circus of a company. They did not supply the drain trap to for the basin, meaning we cannot use the basin the bathroom. This meant that the fitter has had come back again for the third, time to finish a job that should have taken 3 days to a week.Do not use tecaz. They are only in it for the money and commission, there is little to no after care for their customers while. Yes while we did get a refund for the unused items, the time involved and the attitudes of the management isn't worth the hassle.Invest in local businesses and fitters not in big national companies like this.Don't make the same mistake we did.

Plenty of choices for your ideal bathroom. Prices appear good. They don't fit them but supply a named secondary fitter.

After being let down by a plumber who was supplying and fitting a bathroom, my Wife and I decided to pop into Tecaz. We didn’t have an appointment but Michael saw us between appointments and asked if we were open to some alternative designs, which we were and he totally reconfigured the bathroom, the designs were stunning. He qualified our requirements and helped us pick the best products within our budget. He even arranged the fitter (Adam) who was also brilliant. Everything came when it should as it should and now we have a totally stunning bathroom and it’s better then our original plans, designed, supplied and fitted at a competitive price. I can’t recommend Michael enough, a really helpful designer with no pushy sales tactics!
