Was sending a DHL package here. The staff are very helpful and sort out any problems.Overall the store has a decent range of stationary and art stuff available and is open quite late. The prices are a bit bigger than others places, but this is my go to place when I need something for an unexpected assignment or project and everything else is closed.

I just want to say that I am very thankful for Ashley who works in the Printing corner. On Sat, 21 Dec, ~11am, I brought my copy back to Staples Sheffield because the print had some colour issues which I didn't desire and it was different from the file. Ashley had to tried several times to get it done right finally but he was very patient and humbled. I understand that mistakes can happen any time but your can-do attitude made up all the troubles. So 5 stars for this positivity and I think Ashley deserves good compliments here. In the end I am satisfied with the product. Wish every one a happy Xmas!!ps: I tried to send this message through their website but it asked for Customer Account Number and Account Number so I posted here. Should't be that complicated though.

Its a stationers, its not the cheapest around, but it always is well stocked. The print section provides a very good service. The quality is ok, but that is off set by the speed at which your job takes to complete. Many times have i raced down with 1 hour to spare.

Not visited for a while but was really impressed with service. Member of staff I spoke to knowledgeable, and check out staff immediately opened her checkout to ensure I did not have to wait, despite there only being one person in front of me.

Went in there today with my girlfriend who was intending on buying a laptop she'd seen. The store wasn't even busy but we stood by the laptops for 20 minutes, this wouldn't bother me so much normally only we obviously needed someone to get the laptop we wanted from the back. Staff were walking about and despite it being pretty obvious we needed assistance, nobody bothered coming to ask us. Ended up walking out after 20 minutes through boredom/frustration.

The staff were so helpful and active. They know the store perfectly, and can answer all of my specific questions about material I need. The thing that become my concern is about the price which is more expensive than average store even though they have the same brand.But overall, I like it as its so convenient and almost provide everything we need.

The staff are all very nice and I've had a few good sales with them. However, I went in today and per the posters plastered everywhere in/outside store I found a £20 notebook for £8+/- online, On arriving at the till I was told this had to be on products in physical shops that could be compared, nowhere, may I add, does it day this on the advertising. Bring myself and unquestionably others in under false pretenses.Please advise on your stance in this matter.

I would like to thank Fozorun Boshir from the Sheffield store for being so helpful and kind. I made a mistake regarding a poster and she provided the best service and is a credit to her store. More colleagues should be like her she's truly an asset to store and I haven't received exceptional customer service like hers in years. Thank you so much I will be telling everyone and returning again!
