Smooth journey from Carlisle to Glasgow. One problem someone was in my reserved seat when I got on but I was asked if I would like a table seat in a quiet carriage.

I think virgin trains pendolinos and super voyagers should be able to run on the ecml from Edinburgh Scotland to London England because a am Louis Graham the bestest rail enthusiast since 1990 til 2018 I am getting mega blasts of horns cause I am the honkstar and waves of drivers can tours hopefully and I always have amazing talks with the drivers I always were my engine driver hat and a famous British railway coat so I just love to see my good Penrod and voyagers again soon thanks from Louis Graham

Awful experience at Carlisle Citadel 6 November. Atrocious customer service. Have taken up my complaint with new Franchisee as staff member said customers would not be treated with respect when First Group takes over and also with CEO of Virgin at Birmingham as the outgoing Franchisee. Never want to travel from Carlisle again.

My elderly sister travels by train quite regularly and virgin staff are always ready to assist her with finding her connection, carrying her luggage, and ensuring she gets safely to her destination . Their trains are clean and well equipped.

The best train company in the Country without doubt. I travel thousands of miles up and down the country every month with many different operators. These are the cleanest, punctual, and friendliest customer focused outfit in the train buiseness.

Absolutely love the Virgin experience, some trains are like cattle trucks but with Virgin you'll have a great journey, perhaps not the best WiFi you'll ever experience but definitely worth the trip

I love going on train journeys and always prebook a seat as the trains can get busy. It cuts journey time time and if you book inadvance can book your seat and get cheaper travel and enjoy the scenery and meet new friends. Lovely way too travel for long journeys. If you need help with luggage and getting on/off trains you can book assistance and they will be waiting when you arrive.
