I have been going to this Physiotherapist for multiple injuries and the awareness of the full body approach has been valuable rather than just treating an acute injury. Treatment and reasoning was explained well and questions answered, with exercises to take away for maintenance.

This centre is an amazing addition to pre and postnatal care and physiotherapy with a focus on women in Crosby and Waterloo. I've worked with Sarah during and after my pregnancy and she's been amazing! I've done it all, one to ones, physio, pre and post natal Pilates, reformer Pilates, and they've been excellent. It's a really welcoming, supportive space and Sarah and the team are extremely friendly and knowledgeable - highly recommend!

I’ve been going to the physiotheropy centre in Allerton once a week for about 5 months then they opened in Crosby and I increased it to twice a week then to 3 times a week as well as enloying the classes with Roberta and Sarah my back and shoulder problems have improved dramatically all my golfing buddies have noticed and I feel 20 years younger thank you physio centre

I have been attending reformer pilates with Sarah since September. I honestly can't recommend these classes enough. Sarah gives the small group her undivided attention and every class is different and varied. I originally came to see Sarah for Physio after having 3 children close together and she is absolutely brilliant in this area. She is extremely knowledgeable and has given me so much advice which has proved to be priceless. I feel so much stronger and fitter. Thankyou Sarah & Venus :)

Sarah and Andrea were brilliant! I had a very adhered C section scar from two sections, the second almost two years old by the time I heard about The Physiotherapy Centre. Both Sarah and Andrea explained the physiology behind the scar and the lymphatouch therapy and gave me tips on how I could help myself.I went from getting a strong pulling stretch every time I lifted my arms up to no discomfort at all in a few weeks!Thanks ladies! I will definitely be back after baby number three! Emily
