Kwik Fit - Blackpool - Dickson Road

I always feel at ease when getting my car serviced here. Staff are very friendly and will explain everything about the car/any issues. Always had great service!

Was informed was double booked and likely to be half a day to get the car back.However, Scott called me an hour later and had done a fantastic job turning it around whilst the team was on tight timelines and workloads.From a poor start, he did well to fix it and I appreciated that.I have been a customer for probably 14 years and had lots of cars supported by Dixon Road site (5 cars at least i would say)

From me taking the car in and picking it up, the level of service was excellent and would not alter anything the team was very polite and professional. They went out their way to show me what was wrong. This is why I have now booked my MOT and service with them.

My first car and I needed some new tires. I came to this Halfords for two tires, nearside front and offside rear. The woman at the reception was polite. I spoke with one of the young mechanics sorting my car, they said it was their first day on the job. I drove away and immediately noticed my tracking was off, it was rearing to the left. I booked it in for a few days later, travelling around 80 miles in between to work. They said they have retracked the wheels but have noticed that the offside rear had no air in. Either they forgot to pump it up or there is a puncture, I suggested a puncture. They recommended keeping an eye on it, it hasn't gone down since. Clearly they didn't pump it up, I blame the new employee but more so the employee trainers which should have been monitoring them. The tracking remains off, so they didn't fix that either. I only wanted new tires?

I've emailed the General Manager to express how much of a good job the lads did.Jorden sorted me out, I was on holiday with the family and needed an oil top up,two tyres, alignment and all my suspension checking, they managed to squeeze me in.I was grateful and the price was very fair!!Keep up the good work, it's a credit to you all.Thanks

The colleague we dealt with, I think it was Andy was excellent. Super helpful and friendly. Surpassed our previous experience of dealing with another Kwik Fit store. Repair was Fixed on the day as promised

Whenever the service manager Dan is on duty you get a grade A service, without fail, every time. His conduct and customer friendly approach is exemplary, I've never seen it anywhere else! Nothing is too much trouble and he presumably has been given free reign to sort things out in a common sense way right there and then on the spot.

Daniel and the team at Dixon Road continue to provide excellent and friendly service. Great value for money too.
