A brilliant hairdressers with such friendly and welcoming staff. They have customers from all age groups and always provide the best service for each customer.When I sit down in the chair I always ask for their advice and what they think and they're so helpful! I really appreciate the student discount also and when I visit home from Leeds I book myself in as it's the best hairdressers I've been to! Love this place and the staff, thank you guys!

Just finished my appointment. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. It is such a relaxing salon to be in. My hair colour and cut is just perfect. I can't wait for my next visit to enjoy the experience again.

Beautiful salon with lovely staff and a very nice relaxing vibe. Sarah was absolutely amazing and did exactly what I asked for if not even better. The prices are great too for what you get compared to other salons. Thank you again, see you soon xx

Amazing service from fabulous staff who are all very friendly but always remain professional. I have used the salon for many years and would never dream of going anywhere else.There's a great mix of traditional and contemporary hairstyling available here.

Had my hair done a few times here, they are very welcoming, brilliant at what they do, lovely ladies and I’m always happy with the end result.

They did an awful job on mine and my son's hair. My son told me he felt like they were pulling his hair out with every comb. When we complained the manager/owner got very rude, aggressive and unprofessional and offered a 'partial' - yes only partial - refund and told me and my son never to return ever again! Don't worry, we haven't. And that was ten years ago now, so this review certainly wasn't written in the heat of the moment! I would score them a zero if I could. Avoid them at all costs! When lockdown ends go somewhere else that are more professional and have manners!

It was the first time I had been to this hairdressers. All the staff were welcoming. Jo cut my hair & I had shown her a photo of how I I eventually would like my hair to resemble & she cut it & blow dried it how I wanted it, she was very friendly & I really felt at ease. I also had a pedicure & manicure but can't remember the name of the beautician who did them( I am hopeless with names but ok with faces) she was very friendly & did a good job.I would definitely recommend this hairdressers.

I love it here, everyone is so warm and welcoming. Jo is a star, my hair always looks amazing and she's so lovely you forget you're in a salon.Everywhere is always clean but they have coped brilliantly with the restrictions regarding Covid. They have kept everything running smoothly whilst remaining professional. I always feel great after visiting here, I can't wait to going back, have a natter, have a giggle, have Jo work her magic on my hair.

I have been there few times although on my recent visit today the owner had her 60th birthday. She had her family over who were sitting in the salon staring at clients ,talking,giggling and were really loud/noisy.Even if any birthdays should be celebrated ,they should be celebrated away from the place where clients are to be seated. I found that very unprofessional . Despite all of this when I was attending a phone call I was told to come off the phone by rude owner . I am amazed she had the audacity to ask me to come off the phone when her whole family was so loudly chatting and making phone calls. Pathetic attitude by owner. I will consider other services now as clearly she has no clue how to speak to her long term clients
