HRS Dental Care

I have been looked after by Neil, Emma and the team for the past few years and have always had excellent service.After years of neglect by a local NHS dentist, I needed a lot of treatment including extractions, fillings and crowns.Yes it was costly but in hindsight I should of visited far sooner. Prevention is better than cure so lesson learned!

I’ve had a great experience with HRS! They have been my primary dentist for over 10 years and I wouldn’t consider using another. They are professional and help to make the whole experience extremely enjoyable, which for a dentist you don’t hear that too often.

I can only shout from the rooftops about how wonderful everyone at HRS are!Having had awful experiences with Dentists in the past, the care, attention and professionalism you receive here are top notch. I recommend everyone who asks if I know of a ‘good dentist’ to come here and those who have are always very happy.

I really, truly cannot recommend HRS Dental Care enough! I had been avoiding a trip to the dentist for a long time due to my previous practice causing me a lot pain and subsequently a lot of anxiety, but I’ve been SO well cared for since moving to HRS. Every member of staff has been so reassuring when I’ve been nervous, and Emma and Kerry are both so gentle during treatment and always leave my teeth looking and feeling amazing. Thank you, HRS!

I have been a patient at HRS for 15 years and during this period I have had a mixture of treatments including implants , routine replacement fillings and 6 monthly checkups with the dentist and Hygienist . I cannot praise highly enough the professionalism, friendleness and expertise of all staff at the practice.

All procedures have been delivered with care and in a friendly and professional manner. I no longer dread visiting the dentist and am completely at ease each time I go. Cancelled my appointment in March and again in May, and now July. Luckily I have found a new dentist who has got me in fairly quickly just hope they don't cancel like these guys did. All I want is a hygiene appointment. Poor service which is a shame, judging by how good these other reviews are.

Who enjoys going to the dentist?! I know, I didn't and that’s why embarrassingly I went for a long time without visiting one and only joined HRS when I had an issue. Don’t be me, don’t wait until you have an issue to go. I have been with HRS for 2 years now and wish I didn’t wait so long. I am on their dental plan which has set me up to have consistent cleaning and check ups in an affordable way. My teeth and gums are now healthy, so much so I am now under going treatment to improve my bite and smile. Everyone you see/speak to at HRS are helpful, informative and friendly. I get nervous even now going to appointments but as soon I communicate that, they are patient and take more time. I would highly recommend!

Neil made me feel very comfortable he has a holistic approach to patient care very kind and compassionate, his attention to detail is noticeable. His expertise and advanced training shows with his knowledge and skill, he also explained everything in detail and took the time to show me on the latest technology and equipment, the best dentist I’ve ever been to and so glad I found him. The staff at HRS are a great team, they have nothing but praise for Neil and you can tell they are happy working there and care about the patients journey. Would definitely recommend.
