Went to get flu jab. Covid restrictions in place but aisles very narrow and people squeezing past. Store was very busy at time I was there, and I don't think there was a maximum number of people to entering the store. Nurse who provided flu jab very nice and helpful.

Picking up prescription, no waiting and seved promptly. Great service, but depends on what time of day you go in,as it can be very busy.

Lovely staff, always say hello and ask how I am. The shop is always clean and well stocked. Lots of cruelty free toiletries available.
