Be warned that this company does not supply spare parts so it is impossible to repair a fan that is out of warranty, they expect you to buy a complete new fan should a component fail, i would rather buy a replacement fan from a different manufacturer that does offer relacement parts than give Airflow the satisfaction of another sale.

Definitely the company to go to, great product, fantastic after care service which appears to be very customer care focused.A small clip in my shower room extractor fan fractured, couldn’t source one anywhere on the internet, a quick email to the company, an immediate response and an offer, free of charge, of the clip by return. Technical support then sent a detailed diagram of how to fit. The products are not cheap but good with a great selection, my extractor is 5 year old . A company well worth 5*+, and great staff.
