Love going to the movies

The shop keeper is very rude and disrespectful, I went there to top up my electricity with a code that the electricity company gave me and he refused because he wasn't getting any money in his till. I told him he is supposed to help I am unwell and vulnerable and refused to do the steps because he wasn't gaining any money. I had to call my electricity company again and get the girl to speak to him which he then stated he would have if I didn't shout. I started shouting and crying at the very end when he refused to help me. Absolutely disgusting service and shame on him. I wish none of his sisters, daughters etc get the same service as I did.

Goog something don't no what but

I tried paying for a bill and the cashier stated that he was to know what the bill was before accepting to pay it, alongside he was verbally aggressive swearing at us. This should not be accepted.
