A big thank you to Robert Gatward Windsor and in particular to Paul who dealt with my watch enquiry from the start through to its collection and also to Kevin who I met in store at the same time. I`m extremely pleased with my purchase and the way I was dealt with by both Kevin and Paul, they were both very professional and knowledgeable in answering my queries around purchase and also general Rolex enquiries and information, a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere between the 3 of us soon found us chatting about our preferred football teams and how well (or not so well) they are doing, a good rapport built up between us and I felt totally comfortable and at ease, Paul and Kevin are a great advert for Robert Gatward and I will definitely return for future purchases. Finally could you kindly ensure that my comments are fed back so that they both receive the well deserved credit.

The staff I dealt with ( Paul and Leon ) on my last purchase were caring, knowledgeable, very friendly and professional, they were interested in my watch requirements and very clear on the difficulties I would have obtaining the item I required.So now I have purchased two quality watches from Robert Gatward on separate occasions, with both of these the service has been excellent.Therefore I would like to thank both gents for making the retirement gift to myself possible.

This is my second visit to Robert Gatward Jewellers in Windsor. We had an appointment with Leon of Robert Gatward Jewellers in Windsor.Leon was excellent. He made us feel very welcome and explained everything regarding the watch and the process involved in purchasing this. Leons knowledge of the Rolex brand was second to none. Hope we will return soon.

The initial consultation regarding my Rolex watch servicing requirements was superb. My requirements were noted and a prompt follow up quotation was provided allowing me to agree servicing and repairs.The pick up was less so. It was all very hurried and rushed. The invoiced amount was incorrect. Thankfully I questioned the incorrect amount and the correct figure was finally agreed and paid.It seemed like the consultant was in a hurry and that I needed to quickly leave. I’ve rated my visit a three based on the second visit to collect my Rolex after it had been serviced.

My wife & I are long-term customers of Robert Gatward in Windsor over many years & would recommend them whole-heartedly. Be it for jewellery &/or wrist watches, the staff are friendly, knowledgable & always happy to help. Most of my wife’s rings & jewellery come from Robert Gatward, as does my (ever growing!) watch collection, which is testament to the product offering & great service provided by the team.
