I would give it 5 star because they did how I want it to look like and they were very polite and honest as well Thank you Ocean Nails I would definitely come again. Great Job!

Completely give up with this place now. Pedicure was awful. Cuticles weren’t done, didn’t receive foot massage and was left with a lot of hard skin on feet. Nail varnish was awful, plenty of areas on big toes left unpainted. Secondly, set of acrylics was fine for a week. Then after a week 5 nails lifted. I went in for infills and tried to explain this to staff who then turned their back on me and walked off. Explained this to a second member of staff who couldn’t even apologise. Was charged full price for infills, tbh I would have appreciated a small discount after I spent 3 weeks glueing my lifted nails down. Arrived home and some nails are longer than the others, some are square, some are coffin and thumb nail is incredibly wonky. No way I’m going back here. They wouldn’t know professionalism or customer service if it hit them in the face.

lovely lovely !! not only did my nails turn out exactly like i wanted, but they were very quick, sweet, professional and friendly ! they were also very gentle and i had 0 pain the whole way through! definitely recommend and will be returning thank you !

I was amazed how unhygienic this shop is, previous persons clipped nails still on counter,nothing is wiped down after each client. Surfaces all grubby, I felt uncomfortable ,really needs a deep clean. Unfortunately didn't sèe these things until I sat down, the nails were good.

Excellent place! I was a walk-in and wanted to get a French manicure as a trial run for my wedding in a couple of months. Mary did my gel manicure, and she was very personable and did very nice work. Very friendly people there! I will definitely be going back for my wedding nails xx

As a nail technician myself, I don’t recommend this place, it’s clearly unsafe they don’t sterilise their tools, also u have to wait 2 hours after your appointment. They are taking like 8 clients at once. And they’re only 4 working. My nails have been done in rush under the nails was left a lot of gel and plenty of leftover, and the gel on the nails wasn’t properly applied as I had loads of bubbles in it probably they’ll come off within a week. The paint has been applied really bad loads of dust left under there. I will go further and complain about this shop as they don’t care about the hygiene of they’re customers just rushing to get the money. Everything in there it’s very dirty from table to the tools. If I wouldn’t had to travel abroad the next day I would left the door in the next second I entered there! Be careful going there!
