I had been thinking about having some aesthetic 'help' for a couple of years and finally took the first step with a consultation with Nurse Clare Wyatt. Clare put all my worries at ease and answered questions I had. Explained everything fully including any potential contraindications. I'd gone in with the area in mind for treatment that concerned me most and Clare suggested it was actually a different area that should be treated which would help the area I was concerned about most which I'd never considered and just shows how she knows her stuff. I was so impressed at the consultation that I had the treatment later that day and I'm over the moon with the results. I don't look like a different person, which was one of my main worries. The change is subtle but has a huge impact on what I see in the mirror. I look fresher and far less 'tired out' which makes me feel so much better in myself. Another plus is how painless and quick it all was. I've had no bruising and would not hesitate to go for a top up when it's needed. It's a very welcoming place and would highly recommend.

I love visiting Freyja! Everyone is so friendly and professional. What I really appreciate is nothing is forced upon you and only treatments that are suitable are suggested. If the staff don’t think a treatment will work or is right for you, they will explain the reasons and offer alternative solutions. There’s no hard sell.

A very professional service from the moment we entered the reception.I had a cyst removal removed from my lower back by Dr James dean (one of life's genuine good guys) , perfect results only took about 50 mins from start to finish no pain whatsoever and spoken to me every step of the way what was going on.A return visit in 2 weeks to have stitches removed.ThankyouFreyja medical.

On the date of my consultation I was greeted warmly and professionally and felt very relaxed. After being shown into a room for my consultation by a Practitioner who was indeed friendly and kind plus I understood that she would perform any aesthetics that I would require. I originally went to Freyja looking for more information on laser hair removal and was won over by their professionalism and service. I ended up following a full course of treatment and the lady who did it for the entire course was amazingly friendly, chatty and generally just a laugh even when I was getting lasered. The reception staff and others that I encountered were also all friendly and super helpful, even when I needed to reschedule they were always willing to work around me.This level of service led to me also getting minor surgery with Freyja to have a cyst removed on my back and the service was the same. Friendly and professional, we even had a laugh during the operation (I was under local anaesthetic, I wasn’t hallucinating).I highly highly highly recommended Freyja and wish that I could have found them earlier, before I moved to another country, so that I could have used them more.

I came in to see Dr Dean in regards to a skin condition that I couldn't get under control and I felt as though there was no hope. Dr Dean was so helpful and has put my mind at ease, I can now see a way forward!! Cannot recommend him enough!! First class service, so welcoming as soon as you walk through the door! Amazing!

I am half way through the laser hair removal treatment, I can not believe such great results so far.Wanted to thank the reception girls for being super professional and friendly.The BIGGEST THANKS goes to HATTIE who spends nearly two hours with me during the treatment. Very happy to meet Dr Keri who checked me out for pre cancerous growths on my skin. He identified other growths I had been concerned about and put my mind at rest.I did use the offer on to get my husband checked out too. So glad I took up this offer and I would definitely return if I needed something done

I found Freja to be a very friendly place and was very impressed by the treatment I received. The doctor whom I saw was excellent and was ,obviously, an expert in his field. Within 4 days after my visit my problem was fully cured. I could not ask for more.

My appointment with James was spot on time. He was very pleased with the result after I had been using Efudix on my skin for a month. He told me that I didn't need to return for another year to check on everything. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Thank you.
