Cycle Race East Sheen provided me with a fantastic service. I had a problem with my Babboe e-bike which was not straightforward and they were fully committed to resolving it. They went over and above to find the parts we needed quickly. They are responsive, hard working, knowledgeable and friendly. A pleasure to deal with.

I saw them at the Hampton Court Palace food festival where they were giving demos of their range of bikes. They were so helpful and knowledgeable that I am excited to find out that their normal shop is nearby. It seems like they have access to all the best and latest European e-bikes that are difficult to find in England.

The team is Extremely Helpful and caring. They solved my electric scooter issue by simply sending me easy guidance on an email! Really efficient, polite and quick.

We are local customers who bought a tern ebike to manage local journeys with our nine and ten year old in the absence of a car. “Cycle race” looks such a sophisticated store that had I not been recommended, wouldn’t have dreamt of pushing my pendelton bike with its failed electrics in for repair. Tarik Issac couldn’t have been more welcoming sympathetic or professional! He listened to my description of the problem and promised to ring me as soon as he had diagnosed the fault. I cycled home the following day with what felt like a brand new bike and am so grateful.It was really nice discovering that Tariq and his parents had lived in East Sheen since the fifties, which made the shop feel even more local and approachable too. My 2nd hand electric bike was on the blink and after taking it somewhere else who didn’t know what was wrong with it, I was told about Cycle Race by my friend who said they’d fixed a couple of electric bikes for her. Isaac (or Obi Won Kanobi, as he was my only hope) was friendly and confident he’d be able to find the fault. Not only did he find the fault, he fixed my breaks and changed the cranky old crank innerds.. all within the week and at an unbelievably reasonable cost. Being a seasoned cyclist, I can, hand on heart, say this was the best service I’ve had from a bike shop. So friendly, knowledgeable and my bike came back to me looking and feeling like new! Bought an ebike from here in late 2022.Isaac couldn't have been more helpful, letting me test ride it and answering any questions I had. He was also very helpful with the admin side as the bike was bought via a cycle to work scheme.Isaac continues to go out of his way to assist whenever the bike needs servicing, and he's a top guy to boot.Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! The guys at Cycle Race really know their business. When we picked up our Chike after the annual check up, it was like brand new. They deliver what they promise and communicating with them is a real pleasure. 5 Stars!
