If you're going to drive like a thug, hog the outside lane of a motorway at 60mph, then start blasting your horn, flashing your highbeams and tailgating cars because they undertook you, don't do it in a van covered in your business livery.

One of your drivers was quite aggressive to me in a supermarket car park when my car had broken down. I was holding a space for another car to jump start me. He even held his horn down and asked why that was his problem. Great PR for your company!
