I was very impressed by Vick and his attention to detail. He noticed that my heating system had an open loop and was absolutely determined to get to the bottom of it. He takes a real pride in his work and I would definitely recommend him. Initially I thought the quote was quite expensive for a system cleanse, however when you consider that 11 radiators were power flushed and Vick and an assistant were with us for 6 hours it really was great value for money. His assistant Sharon was also professional and very competent. I wish Vick all the best for the future with his company. Five star

Our heating system is microbore. It was powerflushed a couple of years ago (not by Bristol Powerflushing) but we have still had problems. In mid -October I contacted Bristol Powerflushing and on the 25th October Vic carried out a pre-powerflush check and inspection, put in a chemical to break down any sludge and left me instructions on what he needed me to do over the week prior to his return to Powerflush etc. on the 31st October. During that week Vic telephoned a few times to check how I was getting on. Our system required a lot of work which was carried out by Vic and Sharon and it was very problematical. However both Vic and Sharon were remarkable. Our system is now working as it should. I have nothing but praise and can recommend that Bristol Pwerflushing is the compay to go use. Vic is the man!

After I enquired through the website, Vic called me back to discuss the problem in detail. He booked me in for the following Monday, arriving promptly on the day and quickly got to work. Having assessed the system, he took the time to describe the problem and how the flushing process worked.Vic takes a lot of pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners. Knowing that not all power flushing is done properly, he actively encouraged me to take photos of how he connected the Kamco equipment to the heating system and not through the boiler itself. He gave me some useful advice on how to care for my boiler and heating system, including parts of the annual service that are specific to my boiler and which can sometimes get missed. A truly great service.

Can't recommend Vic enough. The first person who actually took the time to try and diagnose the problem with our system (We'd been through a few less experienced contractors to say the least) Going the extra mile to talk us through the pre treatment process over the phone on a weekend. I was very impressed with the care that was taken to arrange the work and the conscientious and adept way that the work was done. Nothing was too much trouble and Vick’s aim was to get everything working properly. He succeeded in gis aim. All this was done in a friendly, good humoured and well informed manner. Great work investigating and solving a complex plumbing problem. Vic knows his stuff! Delighted that central heating all now working beautifully.

Where do I start. After my boiler breaking down and finding half of my heating system was blocked last winter I prioritised the boiler and have waited to combat the heating going into this winter.After being recommended to contact Vic by a local heating engineer, he contacted me very quickly after leaving him a message, and organised to come round to pre-treat the my system the following day, with the actual power flush planned for 6 days later. He explained in detail everything I had to do for those 6 days and what the actual power flush would consist of on the day.He arrived on time, set everything up and then explained as he went along exactly what he was doing, what chemicals were being used and why, what radiator was being flushed and when he had broke down a blockage.Having a microbore system I had some doubts that I could ever get it fixed as alot of people will not touch microbore but being a specialist Vic put me at ease and explained why people will not powerflush those systems but he had plenty of experience with my type of system.Overall, I cannot recommend Vic enough. Great price, great heating system and boiler care knowledge, advice on future system care and I now have a full working heating system again.Lee, Weston-Super-Mare

Really good experience. Vic was very friendly and informative, talked me through each step of the process as I'd had bad experience previously with different companies so he wanted to put my mind at ease.Also let me take lots of photos and videos so I had evidence the work was done properly.Work was done efficiently and cleaned up well after.My quite was cheaper than anywhere else I'd found.I would definitely recommend this company and may be getting more work done by them soon.
