Great place to get a tattoo! The people working there are very friendly, will definitely be getting more done here in future!Ashley was the tattooist and did an amazing job!

Great people very patient understanding I was with my wife and two friends that had autism and mental health issues they where amazing staff Took the time with them and was so understanding and we going back on the 24th for more work won’t use any other tattoo shop now and they really good on prices as well for work they do

Poor communication, incompetent and unprofessional customer service.Had a full day session booked in with Kirsty for May 30th, which I was told would be around 6 hours in length. Wasn't given a time to arrive, received a message at 11.30am saying that she thought she had got her dates confused and wasn't sure if the appointment was on the day in question or the next day. I confirmed that it was indeed on May 30th and asked if I should still make my way to the shop; I was told not to and that I would have to re-arrange even though it was only midday and I'm a 15 minute bus ride away in Shirley, I could have easily turned up and still got at least 5 hours of work done (closing time is put as 18.00 online). I was then told that I was a no-show and that I had lost my deposit when trying to re-arrange the appointment, even though I was in contact on the day and had said that I was willing to head down to at least get some of the work done. Apparently I should have magically known to turn up at 11 when there was no time written down on the appointment card. I was not sent any images of the final designs of the ideas I had submitted in the days leading up to the appointment either. Have decided to take my custom elsewhere as this has ended up being a complete waste of time and money. It appears that I've been blocked from leaving a review on their Facebook page too, can't imagine why...

This studio is totally awesome!We came from Germany to get tattooed by Ashley. Accordingly, she was also my (our) tattoo artist.Ashley works incredibly good and professionally. She is very friendly, pleasant in her nature and very uncomplicated. I pitched in with a rough idea and it more than exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, she works very concentrated, with dedication and is fast. I can recommend Ashley unconditionally and without ifs and buts.About the studio: At first glance, the studio looks like a typical tattoo studio, but the furnishings and ambience still have something very warm and loving about it. In general there is a very positive and good atmosphere. The studio is clean and makes a very good impression. The artists all have a relaxed and nice way of dealing with each other, which is very pleasant as a customer. In general, everyone is very nice and fun to deal with.I will definitely stop there again if it can be arranged.

I've been tattooed by multiple artists at Brass Heart for some time now and the experience is always great! The studio is super clean and spacious and has a lovely atmosphere. I've always had good results and incredible artwork every time I visit and will always be going back!

I was tattooed by Ashley who was amazing. I am very happy with my finished tattoo. The other members of staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Leah is amazing , she got me in at short notice and made me feel extremely welcome , the atmosphere is very friendly and she was very reassuring , took me through each step and I adore my tattoo, I will be returning most definitely xx

I can only review based on visiting for cosmetic procedures with an in-house practitioner not part of the Brass Heart tattoo team, however, having known people over the years to have worked here and having visited my self for my cosmetics, I will say it's a lovely studio. The staff seem to share a lot of talent and they keep a tight ship, the areas are all clean and tidy and visually the site is super lovely to look at, there's so much art around, I had a great time spotting all the artists work that I too shared a love of and had art on my skin or walls at home.It's fairly lively in there with the staff clearly enjoying their work place and their jobs and all the artists there seem to be busy with work through the morning, lovely chats going on, music or something on the TV and generally had a very welcoming feel to the whole place.I follow a few of the artists and their careers for a good few years and I must say the talent is wonderful. There's a good range of styles available for the different artists there from really gnarly gothic pieces to beautiful florals and all sorts in-between.Prices are competitive and reflect the high quality of the work provided, highly recommended for both tattoo work AND cosmetic procedures with Alien Aesthetics.
