By far the worst solicitors I have ever used for conveyancing. A simple house move took over 8 months, during which time the two instructed solicitors left the practice. They made numerous mistakes during this time, some would have resulted in financial loss if not corrected by myself, did not reply to information requests from both myself and other professionals involved in the matter, and very nearly lost me the house sale.In summing up if I could give zero stars I would.Caveat emptor when it comes to using Susan Howarth & Co for conveyancing.

We were very pleased with the service that we received in setting up new wills. Emma explained the process clearly and made it easy to do what we needed to. She was particularly helpful in respect of drawing our attention to, and dealing with, some aspects that we had not previously thought about.
