Grovefield Dental Surgery

During the recent Covid crisis, I had a problem causing me a lot of discomfort. The practice was able to see me on the same day I called and, whilst observing full Covid-19 precautions, diagnosed my condition. Because treatments are limited at the present time a referral was made to a Norwich practice and I was seen two days later (on a Sunday) and successfully treated. This practice has looked after my family’s teeth for many years and I cannot fault the service. I am a retired GP and know the problems patients can have with dental problems and poor dentistry. I am very grateful to Nico and all the team at Grovefield.

I used to be a nervous patient. But since visiting grovefield I am no longer nervous, due to the excellence of Nico and his lovely assistant who me put me at ease with their lovely nature and calm demeanour. I am no longer nervous and am now happy to visit the dentist. Shocking service. Called to offer me an emergency appointment called back 1 min later after checking with my boss to be told they had given it to someone else. Absolutely appalling

Don’t often feel compelled to leave reviews but I can not fault this dentist! Rang on the off chance of an emergency appointment even though I’m not registered and I was seen within two hours! The dentist was the nicest and most thorough man, all the staff were lovely! Just wish they were taking new patients and I could go there regularly!

Best dentist around Nico you rock

I am one of those who was absolutely terrified of the dentist thanks to the old NHS dentist I had when I was young.I went and had a consultation with Nico and needed plenty of work. Nico was and is fantastic, he managed to put me at ease and over a few months sorted all of my problems out. I can honestly say there was no pain involved. I'm still nervous about dentists but have no problem with visiting these guys. I will now go happily every 6 months for routine checks.Thank you to the whole team in North Walsham.
