Jessica's Sweet Shop

Ordered just fizz, blue fizz and a pick and mix on Sunday. Paid for 1-2 delivery and was very confused with the delivery status but Jessica kindly called me And explained that Evri had lost it so she offered a full refund or to just wait which I chose to do wait. This shop is AMAZING it’s just the delivery company lets it down and it’s a shame. Will deffo be buying more soon tho so worth the price!

A nice little sweet shop with a great selection of pick and mix, foreign chocolates, and unusual soft drink flavours. A good place to visit to try something new. I bought a Kit-Kat flavour I’d never seen before, and was very pleased.

I have spent the best part of 3 hours changing and tweaking my address details in the hopes of my order going through to no avail. I am fully aware it is not the fault of myself as it is the exact same way I input my address into many delivery services, Evri included with no such issues. I receive and error that is completely blank and it locks me out if my purchase options. I have had this place recommended to me by multiple people yet a simple form cannot even be done correctly. Highly disappointed.

Buy cheap buy twice, bought in November to make sweet cones for my daughter's birthday in December. Got sent all the old Halloween stock, pumpkins, devil faces, eyeballs, brains etc. Would not use againEdited to say that my initial review was more than fair. I didn't initially say that after asking me to provide photos I received no further correspondence from you despite me asking again for a response. There was certainly not 50% pink in the pink mix, however, I wouldn't have minded so much had it just been normal pick and mix. Unfortunately, I am unable to use halloween stock for sweet cones, pink or otherwise, for a child's party in December.

I love this sweet shop. It has everything you can think of in terms of pick and mix. The variety and the quality are fantastic. They also have loads sweets that kids love like pez and other toy like ones. The best thing for me about the place is all the imported fantas and flavoured fizzy drinks. They also have imported American sweets snacks like Pringles and twinkies. It is always clean and we'll stocked. My friends, family and myself all love this shop, there is always something for everyone as there is so much choice. It's situated right in town so it's easy to get to and I believe it is wheelchair accessible. The staff are always helpful, particularly management/owners.

I placed an order online which was delivered however the sweets were perished, wrappers popped etc. Despite me contacting Jessica's Sweets 4 times using different contact mediums I have not had a response. Don't buy from this company as their customer service is non existent and their sweets are either seconds, or stored badly. The sweet on the left I bought elsewhere, the right was from Jessica's Sweets...

Bought a 1kg bucket pick and mix and everything was fine. Sweets ok, full tub and quick delivery. Will order again and hope everything is the same. Thanks Declan.

Dear Jessica’s Sweet Shop,I went into the Worcester store today. I am extremely unsatisfied with the way you handle returns in store. I was asked by a member of your staff to hand my phone to them to scan the QR code on my phone in a rude manner, I did not feel comfortable handing my phone to someone I do not know and I’m sure many other people will feel uncomfortable doing so too.Having a handheld device to scan a QR code would be a more professional approach to this matter as an alternative to asking someone to hand their phone to one of your members of staff.Very unhappy with this approach and I will not be returning my parcels via your company again.Regards,Cam.
