My Angel child walked a difficult road with her heart disease, but Dexter and the nurses were there every step of the way until the end. I cannot thank them enough for their care throughout that time. Cannot recommend them enough.

Only giving one star for the reception and nurses who were lovely. Dexter the vet, however, is not recommended. I found him brash and unfriendly or even caring towards my pet.

Reception staff very friendly, however the vet was cold and didn't really answer our questions has said that our cat needs an ultrasound without telling us the price of it. When we asked for relevant information about our cat for insurance purposes, we were told very little.And there website is basic with very little information other than what you might save with their pet plan. (Which doesn't cover everything).

Ok, very attentive staff. Always available. I think they over reacted in my case. Simple issues resolved quickly in the end. But to get to that point seemed to take longer than necessary with associated cost.

I can’t recommend Dexter and the staff at midsummer more! I’ve always had all my fur babies with them and he’ always is amazing - never over charges and is completely honest too! I wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else - 5*
