Not nice staff at all. I asked for some cellotaoe and they said they did not hace, a woman that was there asked him again and he let me the cellotape. The only diference between this woman and me is that woman not british. I would not like to say it, but it seems to me quite racist

Pathetic and unrealistic opening times for working people! Who is normally available 8-10am?! 2 hours a day! If you've missed a delivery on a week day you may aswell give up on seeing it until the Saturday... as long as you can get there before 12!Don't know why people bother with Royal Mail when there are other more convenient services available.

It is shocking that it takes royal mail over a week to deliver a first class letter when a second class gets there in two days.

There's usually a small queue, but they take very little time in finding my parcel and the other people in the queue before me. Plenty of parking spaces, much easier than years ago, when you had to go into town, and find a parking space and then walk to and from with a heavy package. Staff are polite and friendly.

Useless. Closed when they should be open (non strike days) and can't pick their phones up and this lot have the audacity to strike for more money. Master the basics first.

Came here once to pick up a parcel. It’s nice to have a 7 day week opening with various hours. Some collection offices usually have 4 days a week with only a few hours a day opening. The staff were pleasant enough for a Sunday afternoon. Nice easy accessible location with parking out front. An accessible access with automatic door. Not too bad at all.

Only open 2 hour a day.Delivery instructions ignored.Worst courier ever.. amazon next day took 4 days.. Shocking

Shocking just had email saying sorry couldn't deliver your item as you was not there lol just so you know I am in plus I have 2 dogs that bark when door goes and they have left no leaflet to say they missed me so looks like they never came coz they can't be bothered to deliver it and they know they can get away with it coz the post office depot isclosed on Wednesday this world is gone to bits cant even bother to do a job right someone is gunna get sacked shocking

As another customer said, the reception is small and if your the second person or more in line, you have to que outside due to the virus which ain't so good in rubbish weather. However, the counter has a bell & from experience, I have been served pretty quickly & only found myself queuing twice out of 10 times of visiting....More so in the summer. The door is open wide these days to allow for ventilation against the virus and avoid contact with the door handle but also has an automatic button if you ever find it closed & a ramp & parking bays for access for disabled users. Loads of parking outside due to it being located on an industrial estate. You won't get your goods if you dont show your ID so take some with you!A very positive experience overall.
