Excellent installation. The whole process from start to finish was straightforward. The installers were friendly, polite, efficient and very tidy. I would highly recommend Winchester Kitchens to anyone looking for a stress free experience.

We're very very happy with our great new kitchen from Winchester Kitchens. Ben was a massive help in designing and generally managing the kitchen installation, really responsive and accommodating to our needs. The kitchen fitters were excellent, very friendly and took care in their work with amazing attention to detail.Would definitely recommend Winchester Kitchens to anyone looking for a bespoke and excellent quality kitchen. Can't thank them enough!

Absolutely brilliant company, can't recommend them highly enough! The service we received from start to finish was great, the team were friendly and helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. The whole process was easy and quick and our wardrobes were fitted exactly how we wanted them and at a very competitive price. Communication was fantastic throughout! From the design to the high quality finish Winchester Kitchens were professional, helpful and responsive to our needs. This process gave us the excellent kitchen we wanted.

Working with Winchester Kitchns was a delight from start to finish. We had several planning meetings with Mark who was efficient and very patient with us as we changed our minds several times regarding different aspects of the kitchen. The various teams who came to remove the kitchen/install cupboards/put in worktop etc were all excellent and the timetable drawn up by Mark for removing and installing the kitchen was followed meticulously. The quality of the cupboards and the electrical goods is great. We are very pleased with the final result!

Winchester kitchens and interiors have provided an outstanding service for the second time for us. We had a fantastic kitchen supplied and installed,the practicality of use due to the detailed planning and drawings complemented by the quality of materials speak for themselves.This time we have used Roy and his knowledgeable team to plan out our bedrooms with wardrobes. Having looked around at a significant number of competitors we decided to place the order with Roy due to the experience previously, his eye for detail and again the quality of his products.Thanks again Roy and will be in contact soon for the upgrade of the study.Graham Farr

Can't praise Winchester Kitchens (Roy and Ben) enough for the way in which they planned and executed the design and installation of our new kitchen. They have never insisted on payment outside of the terms of contract that we jointly agreed prior to the start of the works.If we had occasion to need a new kitchen again then WK would be our first and probably final stop with the present management team. In addition we can only commend the working practices and cleanliness of the work teams working for WK - first rate.

Update 23rd septJust adding to previous reviewSo frustratingSuch a bodge jobJust found even more absolutely shoddy plumbing to fixJust a joke this placeI would not recommend winchester kitchens at allWe went here because we wanted a high quality kitchen expertly installedThe following has happenedThe kitchen was delivered to our garden and left outside in the rain because of a slight over run on the building work using a builder recommended by winchester kitchensThe water supply to the fridge leaked because it was not installed properly and damaged our floor after the kitchen had been fitted and winchester kitchens would not come out and help - we called the project builder who came and helped us out for free even though he had not fitted the kitchenWe had to get another kitchen company in to find a flaw with the way the cupboard doors had been fitted which was leading to chipping of the doors - we had been made to feel we were deliberately damaging them. Roy had refused to rectify this until we had paid him all the money. We did not have any confidence that he would do so as he was pointing out clauses in his contract to say that once they had finished the job even though we had not agreed the job was finished that he had fulfilled his contractThe same occurred with the extractor fan which had a large dent when it had been fitted and the other kitchen company helped us to get winchester kitchens to rectify this - by agreeing to fit the hood properly if winchester kitchens would notThe same extractor fan stopped working and we had to call the elica engineer out who found the earth wire was poorly fitted and had been taped in olace. He also commented on the really poor installation and rectified the length of the extractor tubing that had kinked inside the unit. Together with other parts of the circuitry which were just dangling by wiresI would not reccommend this companyYou will see that Roy has repliedUnfortunately what has been said is factually incorrectThe structural engineer immediately visited the site to repeat measurements when we found out that we had been misled by winchester kitchens, who had not communicated the design of the kitchen to them accurately. This apparently was not Roys responsibility as he is a kitchen fitter not a project manager, which he had led us to believeWe therefore had to pay the structural engineer twice . This did not cause any significant delay it just cost us more

Really happy with my new kitchen from Winchester Kitchens. A few minor issues along the way but they all got sorted in the end. Jamie the installer worked like a trojan and did an amazing job and Roy worked wonders with bringing it all together. Would highly recommend WK.
