Disappointed with the after-sales support, having had numerous issues and concerns with the vehicle I purchased. Some have been corrected, still waiting for support on others. Sales have now ceased communication, and have failed to provide me, with the full sales package we agreed upon.Make sure you walk away 100% happy with a vehicle as described, a complete V5 and the second set of keys as promised.

Booked in for key coding. Gent from parts said my sub key was fine to bring with me. 2 phone calls from burrows confirmed my new key fob was here. Wife went down to drop car off. Phoned 15 mins later to say they have no key fob delivered and to collect car. They for some reason in next morning phoned to ask how our experience was. The lady who sent my wife hoome dissapointed was lady who rang. Sh#t show. Rearanged to go back so dropped car off for the day. Rang me at half 4 to say cant do it with sub key after all. Id have ny time more valuable jet washing a lake

Popped in to get more details for their Dash Cam offer, and was pleased with the extra information given. Unfortunately the specs are no higher than our existing dash cam so we'll leave it for now. Staff were friendly, the place was clean and I was offered a cuppa while I waited for the relevant person to come talk to me. Lovely place with a welcoming atmosphere and no pressure selling.

Found the car I wanted here at the right price; and Darren arranged a test drive for me very quickly. When I confirmed the purchase, all the paper work were done efficiently and the car was delivered to the Sheffield branch for my collection. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

Just bought a CHR , this is the third Toyota we have had, all from Burrows . The staff at Barnsley are all a credit to do business with. Its a pleasure to be a customer, without hesitation, I would recommend them to anyone. A special mention to Claire Bryan who has been exceptional.

I was looking for a Hilux. Claire here couldn’t do more to help.Fantastic service put the customer first can’t recommend enoughUnfortunately review has been edited as the second key promised at time of sale still hasn’t been delivered and unable to get a response by email it would appear after sales is a problem.If I purchased a key at £468 from Burrows then this could be delivered and coded within 14 days!!!But as they are providing the same timescales seem to be longer measured in weeks and months rather than days.
