Assent - Manchester Office

I’m currently using this company for my Building control but have been passed round from pillar to post originally started off with the Building inspector which was great who has now left the company and now I am left in the lurch on what I am supposed to do next I’ve spoken to the company several times to get a final certificate but nobody has got back to me don’t know what’s going on I don’t think they do either
