Natalia was fantastic, I came with a really bad trapped nerve in my neck and shoulders, was in absolute agony and she sorted it right out. She was gentle and friendly and her room is very calming with great vibes I immediately felt comfortable. Will definitely be going back she’s amazing! X

Equilibrium Physiotherapy and Massage
I recently had several lymphatic drainage massages with Natalia following surgery. I noticed a huge improvement in my pain, bruising and swelling even after the first session and, although it’s not supposed to be a weight loss treatment, I lost about 6-7lbs in water/fluid weight after just two sessions. Natalia doesn’t just massage, she uses ultrasound and also light therapy and she is knowledgeable about surgery incisions and takes extra care. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will definitely be going back when my crazy work schedule allows!

Natalia is amazing! Her knowledge and skills are phenomenal, and I always feel totally transformed. Natalia is so personable and professional that she makes you feel completely at ease. She is clearly very passionate about her work. Natalia has world class expertise and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Suffice to say; I wouldn’t consider going for massage anywhere else.

I was experiencing severe pain in my leg due to work, which limited my movement and I was unable to work for up to a week. I received a recommendation from Natália, an excellent professional who diagnosed me with treatment for gluteal tendonitis and sciatic nerve pain. She started a treatment that left me 100%. Much gratitude and I recommend her.

Natalia was amazing! Attentive, a great listener and communicator, working out through my tension spots. I came in with neck muscle spasms and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. It was a really good massage, focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. A very clean establishment and great service. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Natalia has helped me enormously with a long standing restriction I had in my shoulder. After trying other treatments that didn’t work for me she was able to get to the root of the problem and correct it within a few treatments. Highly recommended
