Anita and her team acted for me in the sale of my property. From start to finish they were friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. They put together an extensive sale package including professional photographs and video. My property went live on a Friday evening, which produced a number of viewings over the next 7 days, conducted by a member of the team, which resulted in an agreed sale subject to contract by the following Saturday. Although it was a straightforward sale with no chain either end, it got bogged down with the usual protracted legal stuff, but eventually came to completion. Throughout this period Anita & the team were on top of things and kept me fully up to date with everything that was going on.They are a very professional team and would highly recommend them as an estate agent.Job well done.
