What can I say other than fantastic. It was the first time I’ve been away in years and was a little reluctant due to now having Cleo (my cat). I didn’t want to put her into cattery as wanted her to feel at home. I was a little worried being the first time leaving her.Helz made everything so much easier. When I first spoke to her over the phone I immediately just knew she was right for the job. She made me feel very relaxed and happy that Cleo was going to be well looked after. I came off the phone thinking it was Cleo that was going to be having a holiday not me haha!Got back from holiday and Cleo seemed very happy. I am already planning another trip and will use Helz again with no hesitation a real pleasure to deal with.

Helz is amazing. Caring and loving and nothing is too much trouble when she’s pet sitting. She has cared for numerous cats of ours over the years and they love her.She has certainly been conscientious in her care of our fluffy pets and we can’t recommend her highly enough.
