New boiler installed and some pipe work changed. Great communication. Craig and Lee were very helpful and reassuringly answered any of my questions. They worked hard all day and Craig made sure everything was done correctly. They also made sure everything was clean and tidy afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Craig was brilliant from start to finish, great with advice, correspondence and price. The full central heating system was fitted in a day while I was away and the job was fantastic with no mess. I couldn’t recommend them enough, thanks for a great job

Needed to replace a leaking 20 year old boiler. Put out to tender and was contacted by Craig. Craig visited and quoted for a choice of boilers. All very competitive and didn't try to upsell as some competitors did. Arranged time and date of installation and Craig arrived bang on time. Job completed in a timely and very clean and tidy manner. So far no problems. Very pleased indeed with the whole process. I highly recommend Craig and Illustrious Plumbing and Heating!!!

I have used illustrious plumbing several times over the past few years and have every confidence in recommending their services. The text service illustrious use is brilliant, I know who’s going to arrive and at what time. I also receive handy reminders for my boiler service. The price quoted has never changed and is fair and honest. When ever illustrious had visited my home I have felt confident in their compliance, competence and comfortable with their presence. Craig went above and beyond to fit me in at the last minute when my heating failed; he arrived the same day to find that having a quick look (to ascertain the problem, make a plan) wasn’t possible so arranged to return the next day, at the end of his busy day. He did do so, as promised and caused himself a long day’s work as a result. And was able to restore my heating that evening. Meanwhile, he had replied really quickly to my initial ‘phone enquiry and kept me updated on his evolving ETA on the second day.
