With regards to the review from jac when your a regular to Steve you see the true honest hard working side of a true professional who knows his stuff and looks after his koi for sale and the koi of his customers service you don't get at most places, he stocks enough for what you need but can also provide other stuff you need via ordering at a very good price, and advise for free and good honest advice. Oh and he won't sell you something you don't need even if it means him losing a sale, you'd of found that out if you'd of taken the time to talk to him rather than find things to slag him off for,

Fabulous shop selling Koi fish, beautiful fish, beautifully kept, if you are a keeper of these fish this is the ideal place. Just adding on, thank you for showing us around when really you were closed and were only there to feed the fish we really appreciated it. My husband has kept fish for years and was amazed at how well kept they are, beautiful.

Very very helpful & steve has loads of time for you if you have any issues regarding your koi...Also worth a visit on the best quality of koi he sells from 2 to 22" +I wouldn't use anyone else"

Steve was brilliant, we spent over an hour in the shop, just picking his brains...and other customers in our efforts to start a koi pond. Its that sort of help which will encourage us to go back to purchase our equipment when the time comes.Thank you for being so patience and generous with your advice.

Best selection of food you will find anywhere, the Peng mix is a combination of the best koi foods obtainable and you can have as much or little as you like. The owner is a koi expert, and will do a scrape and diagnose under microscope in the shop, identify the problem and offer exactly what you need to treat properly and cure. Sound advice. Did I mention the koi?.....you'd have to see for yourself! I was travelling all over to get to a decent koi store, Leicester, Nottingham, Preston, Manchester- and there was peng koi under my nose in longton! Glad I found it

I have had a pond for nearly 10 years and got into a bit of a tricky situation! Never encountered such a problem where i could only stand still and feel lost as i didnt know what an earth to do. I tried looking for help everywhere as my koi's fell ill and I couldn't get to the bottom of the problem. I luckily found peng koi and Steven was such a great help! He straight away knew what the problem was and even went out of his own way to help us. His knowledge about ponds and koi's are priceless! Now a days it's hard to come across genuine people like that. Steven, once again thank you so much! It's amazing to know that there is people like yourselves out there who are so passionate about what they do.

Turned up here today after it states its open online but when I arrived I was disappointed to see that the shop is closed till good Friday 2023 or can call first to make appointment
