DS Mot Station

This is not the usual garage that I go to, I came here because my usual place was closed, got a quote to fit parts that I had supplied (about £100) so I agreed, I also asked for the tracking to be done and headlight alignment so I was expecting to pay more than the quoted price, I am a mechanic myself but now suffer from arthritis so couldn't do the work myself, so to cut a long story short the work I wanted doing where I supplied the parts was done, I collected the car and the invoice listed the work that had been done, except it wasn't all done, the car was all over the road so I went to my local tyre fitters to check the tracking (free to check) the tracking was way out and the lock nuts had to be heated up the release them, I dropped the car at 8am and they started work at about 11am and finished at 12.30pm I know this because my car has a tracking device fitted and reports ignition on, ignition off and tamper or suspicious movement, I rang at 1.30 for a progress report and was told they were just putting the wheels back on (car not moved from parking spot for one hour) so caught in a lie, I can see on Google earth where it is parked by entering the coordinates that the tracker reports did they not think that being a mechanic myself I wouldn't check the work, bad experience, I won't be using this cowboy company again, ( I've also tried ringing a few times but don't get back) I have overwhelming proof of what they have and have not done, trading standards would be interested in this company I think.

She pulled up at 1:33 because of traffic on Barbot and they’ve turned her away because she’s lateNice one lads, hopefully the 4 less cars a year to MOT speeds up your wait times

The guy who did the MOT was so Rude and not friendly at all and left the car running for 45 minutes for nothing.

First call 15th September wanting a repair on car windscreen wipers they didn't have the part so botched it to keep me going which I thought was really nice of them . This lasted 3 wipes then broke. Took back again and was promised part would be ordered. Should arrive and theyd call me numerous phone calls and verified part ordered. 2 more phone calls n fobbed off again. No call back still waiting!! New garage ordered and fitted part in 2 days. Wish they'd just been honest and admitted they couldn't be arsed !!
