I purchased Invictus flooring to replace old carpets that covered a multitude of sins thought my ground floor flat & boy it was a challenge due to the state of my previous floor and I sure did give the staff a hard time but I have to say they maintained professionalism and a fab service to me throughout. they persevered with it ( and me) and the finished job was worth the challenge, a sterling job by Wayne, would highly recommend him and the company. I'm over the moon with the finished result. It looks amazing and has received so manycompliments. It's made a huge difference to my home many thanks to the team. The end result is perfect !!!!

We’ve just had our upstairs bedroom fitted with a gorgeous new wooden floor from the Floorstore Harrogate. We are so pleased with it, it looks great, the team at the Floorstore were fantastic, really helpful, efficient and really know their stuff. They also fitted our upstairs landing and it’s transformed this part of the house. We will definitely be heading back some time in the new year to arrange for the other upstairs room to be fitted with the same wood flooring.

Excellent service from Steve and the Floorstore team. Very pleased with the support in sourcing and supplying the carpets for our entire home. They were very accommodating with a delay to our refurbishment works and happy to store the carpets until we were ready for delivery. The Harrogate store were very easy to deal with and arranged for some carpet runners and rugs to be whipped. Straightforward process and very convenient to be able to drop in the carpets and pick-up from the local store. Highly recommended.

Deep concerns ad poor attention o detail. Not advisable to let their recommended carpenter anywhere near any fixtures and fittings. Screws left out and shoddy work. No attention to detail. Only interested in being paid. Best avoid and find a store who are able to manage their process. correctly.
