Walked in on a whim and found a car we liked that was in our budget. Stuart was very kind and professional from start to finish and was especially patient with our young toddler. We feel confident we picked a good, reliable vehicle.

Travelled from Northern Ireland to buy a Mini Jcw from here. Simon was a pleasure to deal with and the car is first class. Definitely worth the travel and would make the journey again for the right car from Group 1 Assured.

Bought a vehicle end of 2022 - first month - noises coming from front wheels , adblue leak , mirror and window not working.. been partially sorted after they had for 3 weeks the vehicle with them back. Use it about 6000 miles in total over 8 months period and broke down, fuel pump/ injectors need to be replaced, major investment for any car when it comes to these parts. I have contacted them several times , someone will get back to me and so on buy never happened. They said it's out of 6 months and warranty does not cover ( extended warranty from RAC paid extra by me) . Altough cars are looking good , mechanical part may not be even if they are claiming to do all the checks" . Be aware if buy a vehicle from here as esthetic may look appealing but mechanic may be a junk as I got. Good Luck!"

You would think buying a car from a reputable dealership and franchise would mean the cars are prepared to a satisfactory standard. Wrong. Poor service. The car I purchased was not prepared fairly. I’ve had to pay £1000 in repairs since purchasing my car with the dealership not willing to acknowledge any fault. Avoid at all cost.

Very happy with the car and aftercare service I received. Slight problem with car after first month and they very quickly resolved this. Stuart was Excellent from helping change my number plate over to dealing with the small issue.

Great service and very helpful. Bought a car from Stuart, and he was incredibly helpful and quick with responses to all the questions I had before I bought the vehicle. Stuart went the extra mile to get various checks done on the car even after I paid the deposit to ensure that the car is in full working order and to make sure that I was happy with the purchase!

Picked up my Mercedes A Class two days ago, really great service by Simon. He was prompt in replying to my queries, not only prior to buying the car but also after I purchased the car. Highly recommend.

Test drove and picked up same day, fantastic BMW. Minor wear and tear e.g. scratches but what do you expect from a used car. Salesman Simon was excellent to deal with and super easy.
