Terrible experience fitted new glass to my Rolex, afterwards I had get my watch repaired by competent jewellers to fix Logans Poor workmanship at a cost of several times what it would have cost if I had not visited my Local Jewellers. Would not recommend!!N.B. I think this flagrantly arrogant reply towards my issue only further serves to highlight the poor customer service offered by your Jewellers.Mr Logan Sr assured me that his son would fit the glass after it was supplied by Rolex.

Highly recommend and will use again! I had been given an old watch that was owned by my late father which had a smashed front, was very grubby, and had paint splatter welded to it. The first jeweller I went to didn't recognise the brand and offered to throw the watch away, the second advised they weren't sure about the watch as it was old and advised to take it to Logan's as they would know about the watch and brand and could give advice. I went to Logan's and received brilliant advice, was talked through my options, given a pricing guide and also a clear expectation on how good a restoration would be due the age and state of the watch. The result was far better than I could have imagined and I am really pleased with the result, the gents treated me as if I had gone to them with a Rolex and not something considerably cheaper! Thanks so much Logan's for all your time and effort it is really appreciated!

Had my celtic ring altered for my recent wedding. The attention to detail in the work is second to none and wow, excellent customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and they always go the extra mile. The work was also completed for a fraction of the price I had been quoted by another local jewellers. Can't rate Logan highly enough.

I don’t think I could praise this business highly enough, so unbelievably professional & incredibly helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, a trustworthy business is a rarity these days & Logan The Jeweller is a wonderful example of it. From now on this is the only place I’ll go for my jewellery requirements.

Lovely friendly place to buy from. I met Ewan who took the time to help me choose the setting and diamond for my ring and kept it within my budget. I was very pleased with the ring when i collected it and would use Logans again in the future.

I’ve been a customer of Logan’s for 2 years and I can’t see myself going elsewhere. Ewan and his family offer the best customer service. They are so friendly and welcoming it feels like visiting old friends. I’ve visited for replacement batteries for watches to picking my eternity ring which of course is beautiful. Would highly recommend!

I was no longer able to wear my engagement and wedding rings due to joint problems. Ewen was so helpful and designed a hinged version of my rings. It is amazing I can now wear my rings. The process was so easy and I cannot recommend Logan’s highly enough. Thank you for giving me the chance to wear my much cherished rings again.

After reaching out to a number of jewellers to be met with little enthusiasm it was a breath of fresh air to come into Logan the jewellers and chat with Ewen. He was happy to help and I received fantastic guidance and advice through out. The service from Ewen and Hayley has been fantastic.
