I've lost count of the amount of years I've been the entertainer performer at Signature at Winchester for... but it is certainly for over a decade. Being at Signature Of Winchester is like being with family. The staff are are joy to be around and because of their positive presence and hard work, it is reflected on the experience of the residents who live there. The food... Excellent. The cleanliness... Excellent. But most of all, there is an all-round feeling of happiness amongst the community and a sense of being 'at home'. I simply cannot recommend Signature at Sunrise enough.

Sunrise of Winchester is a rewarding place to work. The staff and management are very supportive, polite and kind people. I am very happy to be part of this amazing team. I feel here that this is more like a second family for me and I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Sunrise of Winchester.

I have been working at Sunrise of Winchester since September 2020 and I’ve never enjoyed my job more! My colleagues are incredibly supportive and passionate about providing the best possible for our residents. It’s so refreshing to work in such a positive environment and I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else!

Every time I visit Signature at Winchester I am so impressed by the welcome and the level of care and warmth shown by every member of staff. The attention to detail across the board, from the standard of food to organised activities, makes for extremely happy, fulfilled residents, which is really lovely to see. A truly lovely, caring home.

I have been with Signature (formerly Sunrise) for 5 years and can honestly say it is the best place I have ever worked. I absolutely love the warm and welcoming feeling you get as soon as you come into the home. The staff are so kind and caring and look after our residents with dignity and respect.

For some years now I have run a weekly art group for the residents and throughout that time I have found the atmosphere as soon as you walk in to be so calm and inviting. The interaction between residents and staff make for a real family environment. I can only describe Sunrise of Winchester as a happy place to be .

I have worked directly with the team at Signature as an outside supplier for around six years and visited on many occasions. I joined the sunrise team nearly 4 years ago,I can honestly say I've never worked with a more welcoming,hardworking and appreciative team. The residents are so grateful for everything we do to support them and are as welcoming as the staff.

I have been going into Signature Care Home, Winchester in my role as a Physiotherapist, over the last year. During the very difficult earlier phase of the pandemic, I was very impacted by their warm and professional welcome to me, and other visitors, in a period that was very stressful for all Care Homes. I visit several care Homes in the area, and can say that Signature are outstanding in how they help their community feel like a real home. I am always welcomed warmly and interactions with staff are positive and helpful. It is a credit to the leadership here and all the staff. I have so appreciated it and know that the same care and respect is shown to the residents and other visitors.

I first joined the team over five years ago, with the intention of staying for a few months, but I loved the job and the place so much that I am still here. The work is demanding, more so during the Covid era, but it is also very rewarding - Sunrise look after their staff, and there is of course the benefit of getting to know our residents and their amazing life stories.
