Bought 2 large balloons costing £18.00 ea on the 7th Jan for a 3 year old. One of the balloons deflated within 10 mins, b4 we even reached home. Went straight back to have it replaced thinking, straight fwd, balloon still in the outer bag, not even taken out of the car yet, BUT to our disgust the manager refused to replace it. She said we must have damaged it ourselves!!! The balloon was still in its outer protective bag! Not only that, she argued with us, refused to give us her name, and another member of staff present at the time sarcastically said, Have a nice day"

I really recommend The Ballon Shop. My now husband and I ordered the balloons for decorating our wedding venue from them and the service we received was flawless. We were served by Anna C who was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient and so helpful. We placed our order including delivery to our venue and that was it, all sorted. We didn't need to do anything else and when we arrived at our wedding reception after our ceremony there the balloons were exactly as ordered. Thank you so much for an excellent service and for making everything so easy for us.

AVOID THIS SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE, ABSOLUTE RIP-OFFSI BROUGHT TWO SMALL STANDARD HELIUM BALOONS FOR A BIRTHDAY, £16.00.THE EXACT SAME BALOONS IN CARD FACTORY ARE £2.50 EACH, ALL PREPARED WITH RIBBONS AND A WEIGHT.AS FAR AS IM CONCERED THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY, NO EXCUSES, NO IFS, NO BUTSAVOID 'THE BALOON SHOP' IN SOUTHGATE AT ALL COST.

Lovely girl there on Thursday 25th May, was very helpful, she helped me choose the right balloons for my daughter's 40th birthday. They have been delivered on time today. My daughter is very happy! Thank you very much. Will be back again for Granddaughter birthday. Thank you.

Bought a surprise birthday balloon arrangement today, collected it at 2.45pm and by 4pm one of numbers had deflated and 3 balloons had burst, terrible disappointment and terrible customer service as when you call and make a complaint you are essentially blamed and not offered a refund or solution at all! This seems to be a common occurrence where balloons are ordered and damaged/burst/deflated judging by previous reviews. This is the worst money-hungry balloon shop and I will be taking my business elsewhere to places which care about their customers and their satisfaction!

Ordered some balloons very nearly 3 weeks ago. Nothing received and they are not replying to emails nor answering their phone. Absolutely terrible. I will be trying to get a refund from my bank.

Good customer service. Their foil balloons last really long in good conditions.I have had balloons from there stay inflated for more than 4 or 5 months! We were practically begging all balloons to empty out!!! I tossed a number balloon out still completely inflated after 8 months.

Worse management ever sack them and hire some useful people.Get rid of that unreliable manager. Contact me and I will give you evidence and reason why they are not a good manager. Higher management must look into it if they want to save thier business reputation.
