We have an old Toshiba Satellite Laptop, Harmon-Kardon edition which we did not want to throw away due to the excellent, screen, speakers and keyboard. However it had become so slow as to be unusable.We were advised to fit a SSD drive and replace the Norton Antivirus Software with Vipre. The work including data transfer was carried out quickly and efficiently over a weekend and the net result is a machine that is fast enough to run all of the applications that my wife needs, Publisher, Excel, Word, Family Tree etc.Once again excellent work, will use again. Forgot to mention that the staff are very friendly and helpful and kept us updated on progress.

I found my old laptop suddenly broke and wasn't worth repairing due to having so many issues. I wasn't able to quickly visit Currys due to being closed from flooding and needed somewhere else to buy a laptop from. I found this place on Google and quickly sort advice from them on which product to purchase. I now am back up and running. They were friendly and helpful. I would visit again if I needed more help.

I carn't fault the staff and service at exlen at all, If you have a problem with your device at all, they say it as it is. not just fob you of with well its old you should replace it with new, unlike other big boys. I have been involved with 3 new pc's, and i think I;m on my 4th+ upgrade to my pc.

I engaged the services of this company as recommended by a friend.I found them to be really helpful in helping me with a problem, having not used a computer for quite a while I had forgotten how to work my way around.The gentleman was really helpful and really didn't charge me much for his time.I found out they also offer home tuition suited to my needs which I am considering in the near future as I don't really need to go back to college!Thankyou for your help.
