When it comes to service professionalism and friendliness I have yet to see better. From the day we met with the team to the moving out process, they could not do more to accommodate my family. ATTENTIONAll these “good” reviews are FAKE watch out people, Fishers is the most terrible, unprofessional letting agency I have ever had to deal with and that was before I even signed with them! You would never want to sign a contact with them and be a tenant of theirs. The agents were unbelievably rude, insulted us and told full blown lies. Thank God a letting agreement was never established.I would recommend Dixon’s to anybody looking for non-scamming agencies and upstanding employees.

I rented with Fishers and they were great from start to finish and, in particular, Lin Miles -who not only dealt with any issues promptly but was a thoroughly nice, trustworthy and professional person. If you are thinking of renting, please consider using Fishers as I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been using Fishers to let my flat for about 4 years. I am pleased with the service they provide. They have always found reliable tenants for me. I have found the staff helpful, keeping me informed when there has been a change in tenants. Overall I am very satisfied with Fishers.

Moving during a global pandemic has been tricky but Fishers have been nothing but amazing and really helped with any queries and questions. Lin has always been so quick to respond to emails and it has been a really positive experience for me using Fishers. I'd definitely recommend them as they care for their tenants and landlords.

We've spent the past 4 years in a Fishers rental property in Harborne. With Fishers we have dealt with several normal property issues in this time and it has been really great to know there was someone who would take any issues seriously and act quickly. That someone in this case is Lin, who seems to have knowledge on everything that could come up, even as far as diagnosing a boiler repair down to the specific fault and error codes. She provided me with all details I wanted and helped me to close the deal.Also can't thank ms LIN enough, as she arranged the contract and all the paperwork for me to settle in.In a nutshell, everyone in this office is professional, and I highly recommend doing business with them.

I rented an awful flat from Fishers, I was desperate as I was working for Queen Elizabeth Hospital and needed somewhere quick.The flat was very old fashioned and dated and in need of some serious renovation.I used to hate cooking in the kitchen as it was just old and nasty, I would often eat out or get a takeaway.The landlady would sometimes even let herself in!Anyway it took me months to get get my deposit back from Fishers and cost me money to do so.I would avoid this agent, they only seem to have old properties to rent and quite expensive too.

Finding a new home is stressful. I would definitely recommend Fishers to support the process. Lin is trustworthy, friendly, prompt to respond, and fair with viewings and offers. Really appreciate her communication while arranging a viewing for a place.

We have rented through Fishers for 3 years. We have found that their approach to their tenants is deplorable. When we contacted Fishers for any reason we were met with a response which indicated that our needs were of no concern to them. They kept referring to the landlord as their client which really bugged me as a tenant is also their client. Tenants pay for a service and deserve to be treated as such, the comment about being second class citizens really hits the nail on the head.We met the landlord who was lovely and very helpful but sadly lives abroad so we had to deal with Fishers. They were slow to respond to report of damage/problems with the property and were not helpful at all. I would strongly advise against using this letting agency. I never write reviews and had to set up a Google+ account in order to be able to write this review, which indicates how strongly I feel about the poor service we received from Fishers.
