Amazing service and with a smile to make you feel good. Went in to see if they could repair my wifes bracelet which we could'n't fasten properly. Kiki asked Martin who fixed it quickly and wouldn't take a penny. We went in at Christmas and although we didn't buy anything they offered us a glass of ChampagneI though this type of customer service had gone out of fashion. Not at Randalls Altrincham. Superb

Martin and his team are fantastic. Always smiling and welcoming, beautiful pieces at affordable prices and a glass of champagne always offered. A relaxed environment with no pressure and perfect service. The best independent jewelers in Altrincham. I can't praise them enough.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Went in today regarding reshaping a ring and they were very knowledgeable and were able to do it in a very reasonable time. Couldn’t recommend Martin, Kiki and Sonia enough at Randalls of Altrincham.

I decided to stay local and visited Randalls to have a ring re set. To call it a shop simply does not do this little gem justice. Apart from being filled with gorgeous, individual and exquisitely well made jewellery you can also discuss designing individual pieces. You get a sense of the integrity and values of the place and Martin, Kiki and Sonia make you feel like the most valued customer each and every time you walk in and throughout the whole professional process. The whole experience was very easy and I am more than happy to recommend and also support local businesses when they are this professional. Thank you!

First visit today as my husband's clasp on his chain had broken as had my son's. My intention was to replace both however the staff were so kind and helpful they said they could repair both of them, which they did on the spot! Once done I asked how much and was advised nothing. Amazing service and so appreciative of their kindness. My biggest regret is that I didn't treat myself to something with the money I was going to spend. So! I will be back real soon to do just that! Very lovely shop in Altrincham that has some fantastic pieces of jewellery & watches.The staff were extremely helpful & friendly, they gave me recommendations of where to take a very old watch for valuation.They also provide a service of turning your old jewellery into a new design so well worth going in to have a chat with them.

Visited from the Caribbean and the service here was amazing. Can easily recommend this place to anyone. They make you feel welcome and also really helpful.

Got my engagement ring from here and within 3 weeks it snapped. I came in for a repair and it was done with silver and not white gold. I went in again as it needed resizing and asked for the silver to be replaced with the correct white gold and after the polish has worn off I can see that the silver is very much still there. I’m tempted to come in and demand a refund as this is clearly not fit for purpose. Absolute joke I couldn’t have made it any clearer what needed to be done, even watched them write it all down and they still messed up. I’m also aware this is an issue with the workshop and not the staff at the shop but this is beyond ridiculous now I’ve been back and forth since January

Popped into Randalls earlier today with my son to get the straps on two of his watches adjusted. We were greeted by two of the nicest, most helpful people I have come across in a shop for quite some time! Both watches adjusted and now my son can enjoy his 21st Birthday present as it fits perfectly.Wonderful service and lovely people- thank you!

I took two of my rings to Randall's in November last year. Initially I asked for a quotation for repairs but after two weeks, several unanswered telephone calls (with no ability to leave a message) I went back in store to chase. I was told that their jewellery who carried out repairs was moving premises and had not told them about it which I found to be odd but after chasing him they offered me a quotation. I had no other price to compare it to and as they'd had my rings already for 2 weeks with no action I decided to go ahead. I was told they would be back within a fortnight. 2 weeks later after receiving no further updates I went back in store to be told they hadn't been done. But after yet another phone call they promised they would be back the following week. I went in again to collect them but it became apparent that the class on one of the ring had been left elevated so it was catching my clothes. I mentioned it and they agreed to have it sent off again to a different jeweller to get the issue rectified. They promised some urgency as I had been waiting for weeks by this point and a few days later i got a call to say it was back. After collecting it and only wearing it for 24 hours I noticed some sharpness on the ring and after closer inspection it became apparent that 2 of the claws had completely sheared off. Again I returned to the store. I was offered a further repair by yet another jeweller however at this juncture I had completely lost faith in their promises and workmanship. Luckily I didn't lose any diamonds from the ring when the claws snapped off but this could easily have happened. I was given a refund and took my business elsewhere. Not only have I gone on to receive fabulous service with a neighbouring jeweller the cost was significantly less than Randall's price. The staff at Randall's are all very nice, but their failure to keep me updated, resulting in several trips into store, lack of availability and lack of knowledge about their repair guy, like not knowing he was moving premises came across as very unprofessional. I would not recommend for jewellery repairs at all.
