The product this company sells is of decent quality at a reasonable price. However, their staff are rude, and on three occasions now they have either lost my order, lost my payment and on all occasions failed to deliver at the time promised.

Terrible after sales service. If you buy a machine you need to buy the tablets from UCC, which is fine but they never arrive after being ordered, and never an apology either. Avoid.

Not a customer, but was harassed by one of their drivers on the motorway recently. Horrible driving, especially unprofessional when in a company vehicle.

Never had an issue with them in the 3 years weve used their machine. Their technician, Justin, travels a long distance to attend our machine. He's lovely and professional. Very helpful in both person and on the phone. Highly recommend.

Awful after service, wont pick up the phone, must have listened to that answer phone message for hours, which brag about exceptional maintenance and service
