I have sold and purchased through Ocean Lawyers (Bishopston and Southville) and both times I had quite a poor experience. Neither sales had surveys, however both took months and months to complete. No updates from them, only responding to emails when asked. Their staff are very pleasant, clearly excellent at their jobs but I assume they just simply have too many cases to deal with - I wouldn't use them again.

We received a great service from Johnny and colleagues at Ocean Property Lawyers in Bishopston. They communicated regularly and clearly and as first time buyers, explained the process really clearly when we were unsure. Given that when we started our house purchase, the stamp duty holiday was leading to very high volumes of work for the team, we still felt valued and our sale continued to progress. We would use this office again and would recommend.

The service wasnt bad but we had to chase a LOT to get things moving at times which is typical for conveyancing i guess.
