The Groom Room Aberdeen

The service is even not one star worth!! I was raging after seeing how they gave my dog back and what their excuses/advice was! They only did his body because he didn't allowed them to do his legs/face & tail. He looks terrible, a complete mess!!! They assumed his behaviour could be because it was too busy at theirs compared with the other branche where my dog had been stripped before! He's a terrier, you would think they could handle or are trained for all kind of dogs. They even said it would probably better to get some clippers, watch YouTube and do it by ourself!! Excuse ME! I'm not a groomer!! That's why I go to a groomer who did a training for grooming!! Wondering if they are qualified! They even had the cheek to charge for the body groom what was rubbish done too! For the record, my dog always been stripped. Now his usual groomer is going to tidy their mess up! Due wrist problems she couldn't strip atm.

Milly has her first every groom and she looks fabulous, very friendly staff would definitely recommend

Nice staff and our dog got a good bath and smells nice. However annoying when you book in for a full groom and when called back they've only given a bath and blow dry, thus meaning I could not use the voucher for the full groom, which I booked in the first place!!If you go for a full groom probably advise to make sure the staff are fully aware that is what you want otherwise you will only get a bath it seems!

Excellent service with lovely friendly accommodating young ladies working there.I did a walk in with my puppy and the groomer was fantastic with her cutting her nails for a first time. She made my puppy feel at ease and kept her calm.Excellent service and will be going there when she needs groomed

From the first visit 5 years ago to now I am 100% impressed with the way my dog is treated. The staff are kind , friendly and very professional. I have no doubts leaving my dog there. She's a nervous dog but goes running in to see all the girls very happily and she always looks a million dollars when I pick her up. I highly recommend the groom room Aberdeen.

I am absolutely fuming. They completely ruined the way my dog looks. She no longer looks like a rough collie. They clipped her in such a way that it's no longer possible to tell what breed she is. They clearly had no idea what to do with a rough collie. I cannot put it into words just how angry I am with the service I received. It will take absolute ages for her fur to grow back. Do not trust them with any long hair dog. They are absolutely useless.

No Star if I could. Booked a full groom for my dog and this is not a full groom. Full groom is only bathing and brushing but no treming. What is the point of that???? They say this is what I have booked when I said how unhappy with the service. Never again I am booking with them
