Ref; Dave Goulden;Absolutely hilarious, This guy use to have his own recovery business. He lost all his work. Even his staff that worked for him have been in to see us and tell us this. This was because of his attitude. Dave I’m sorry you have to sit there mate on your own and write this. We have a busy business and if we have gone down then that’s news to us. We have never been so busy.Dave if you have an issue come and see us and say it to our face. We have not seen or heard from you for over 5 years now. So very amusing that you have put this on this site.Or even come and see us for a job. We now have our own recovery truck. Maybe you could work for us if your out of work mate.

Great service, very experienced staff, and there Recovery service is first class. Sadly Hallmark has declined there service is awful and customer care is none existent please avoid.

Website says open Sunday. It is not. Quoted £70 a day with no insurance. Thrifty do this for £50, open sunday and they insure you.

I have used this company to hire a van to move house. After looking around for a few quotes, I came across Hallmark who I decided to use. Not only were they competitively priced but the service I received was excellent. They were friendly and extremely helpful, the van was perfect for what I needed. I can't fault them and would highly recommend!

My Company (The Coleshill Post news paper) uses Hallmark van and truck every month to supply us the transport to collect our monthly issue. Throughout the years in business we have tried many different avenues to provide this service and have never found the level of customer service or anyone more competitively priced for the service they actually deliver. Brilliant company. Would highly recommend them. They have helped me out so many times from mot to been broken down and having my vehicle fixed and back to me the same day. Really don't no what I would do without you all thanks hallmark.

I hired a removal truck for 1 day, foolishly I did not go through the insurance details with the company. We damaged the one side of the truck slightly, the other side was scraped with bushes/trees. The standard insurance will not cover accidental body damage so we have to pay £900.I checked with another local van hire and I would have been covered for this type of damage with a £13 extra charge.So be careful if you use this company, check what you are covered for, or not covered for as it could end up an expensive experience

Great garage all in one place for cars and trucks mechanical and body work .

I would not recommend booking your vehicle into this garage for any repairs.1. Car was late being returned to me2. In the 9 days they had my car not once was I told what work was being carried out or any costs3. Car was returned with engine light still on (after being serviced)4. Body work completed on the car was to a poor standard and needed to be completed again elsewhere5. Car was returned with no evidence or paperwork of what work had been completed not even the MOT certificate6. After making a complaint about the work on my car I was told that actually I probably needed a new door panel but was never told this at any time during them having my carOverall an extremely bad experience and has ended up costing me a hell of a lot of money. I had asked for a refund only for the bodywork because I had to pay for it to be done again elsewhere and they refused. I have since taken this matter up with trading standards.

Rented 7.5 ton for moving house Top class service staff friendly would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks Hallmark.
