Phoned mobile number and got appointment next day. Leak fixed and costs are reasonable. Thought would be treble digits in cost but ended up costing 1 hour plus Vat so a lot less than I budgeted. Highly recommend as honest and reasonable rates and he keeps you informed about when he will be there so great customer service.

Joe from Handsgas is a first class engineer and does an excellent job. My boiler was loosing water pressure and after he checked it over he told me we required a new boiler which he ordered and fitted 4 working days later. The boiler was fitted and up and running in 6hours and with no mess to clear up. I will be using Handsgas for any plumbing work I require as well as servicing my boiler. Thanks again for a first class service.

My 17 year old system boiler was needing replaced as it was no longer reliable. Handsgas was recommended to me by my neighbour and I had no hesitation in proceeding with an excellent quote. The service provided was exceptional from the price to the communication but most of all, was the quality of the workmanship. These boys are the best. No need to look elsewhere.

Handsgas installed a new boiler and hive for me a couple of years ago and provided a great, well priced service. I have since moved home and wanted to have the existing boiler checked and serviced. I had no hesitation in booking an appointment with Joe, he came out promptly and on time to carry out the service in his usual friendly and highly efficient manner, he’s clearly very knowledgeable in his field. I can say only positive things about this company and will continue to use them for all my future heating maintenance and installations. Thanks again!

Excellent service from start to finish, prompt response to initial enquiry, job booked in quickly, in under a week from initial email enquiry I have a new boiler fitted. Work done to a high standard and Joe and mark were fantastic, so knowledgeable and efficient and really put my mind at ease at all stages. Excellent company.

A first class service at a reasonable price run by extremely pleasant staff and experienced engineers. I Can't understand the customer's one star as she couldn't navigate the web site. A two minute phone call, I explained my problem, and was booked into a convenient time slot.

This company is great. My boiler stopped working completely out of the blue and I contacted Handsgas. I was advised that they would try to arrange someone to come to my property that evening, despite being out of hours. I received a call from the owner to advise that the engineer would be with me within an hour and half window. The engineer called me to advise that he was on his way. He was very polite and helpful. He put a ground sheet down and cleaned up after. They fixed my boiler and the prices are very reasonable.I would highly recommend using Handsgas to anyone.

Been a customer of HandsGas for many years now. Always had great service from Joe and his team. The odd time I've had a to have a call out they came out straightaway!Highly recommend for boiler servicing and cover.
