The receptionists at this practice are rude and make you feel like you are an inconvenience to their day. Poor communication and Appallingly managed. This has been like this long before covid came into our lives.1 particular female receptionist is so dismissive and condescending that it really makes trying to get medical help stressful and occasionally makes you think twice sbout calling and having to face the Gestapo at reception..the practice manager , TRACY DOOGAN is clearly an incompetent or else they are just as uncaring as the people they allow to work at the reception. It is disgusting that these women are allowed to conduct themselves in such a manner blatently abusing patients basic right to being treated with common courtesy and decency. They obviously believe they are above reproach, which is rather fool hardy considering each person they condescend and treat like a sub human inconvenience is only too well aware of exactly who they are. Each one of those ladies and especially the practice manager for allowing this conduct to go on for so long, should be investigated and removed. Looking at other reviews and knowing of actual complaints from family and friends on this very issue that have gone in make it very clear that there are serious mismanagement and staffing issues within that once great health centre. Sadly now it seems they are perfectly happy to allow these women at reception to treat sick and in need vulnerable people with disrespect and contempt.I for one have put a formal complaint into the scottish health board and will be taking matter as far as i have to , even if it involves the newspapers to have those receptionists and especially the practice manager, TRACY DOOGAN, held accountable and hopefully removed from post for the consistant ongoing Appalling treatment patients are recieving . I have even had to change my name for this review in fear of spiteful repercussions from those receptionists as i have had such Appalling treatment from them in the past.

Submitted to have a couple of tests done, so went to the centre. Person behind the counter said the doctor I'd spoken to on the phone had left no notes, so didn't know any specifics. Was told one test would take 2 days, the other would take up to a week. After almost two weeks I rang them having heard nothing. After a back and forth I was told both were negative, not that they had deigned to inform me. Given ongoing symptoms I enquired about booking an appointment and was told I'd have to ring each day as they weren't taking advanced bookings. With any luck I've not got anything serious given they've entirely failed to follow up or provide any real care.

Been with this surgery for 34 years when it used to be in William Street, hardly have bothered them, in fact, have not bothered them and had any appointments since 2018, that's 5 years ago. Doctors and staff have changed over time. Tried making an appointment numerous times but was nothing available and was asked to call back after two weeks, called back after two weeks but still no appointments available. Receptionist are rude and have poor communication skills and make you feel that a patient is an inconvenience to them. Doctors also make you feel that a patient is inconvenience to them, the look on the face questions you that why the hell you are here and still alive. Doctors behaviour is like gods, like a patient's life depends on them. They can choose who to let live and who to let die. I am a higher rate taxpayer and I feel that I deserve at least one appointment once every five years. May be worth writing to health minister that something is wrong here, may also write to finance minister that my tax is not being used efficiently. NHS has deteriorated very badly, taxpayers funds are misused on unnecessary wars instead of looking after the residents of the country.

Good surgery, good doctors and nursessince covid the phone waiting system is not good۔ by the time you get through all the appointments are gone. Even you start calling at 8am. Till 9am atleast you don't even get in a queue and it's keeps disconnecting.

I've used the GP service of Taybank for a few months after residing in Dundee.I've never felt confident or heard by my own GP back home.. I can confidently say Taybank are the most professional, compassionate Healthcare Providers I've ever met yet. From prescriptions, migraines and asthma management; I feel more at ease knowing I have access to a GP that are promoted in supporting my health.

Incompetent, cheeky, rude, inappropriate admin (front of surgery) staff. Decent nurses. Two possibly three (at most) GPs that are any good, and you'll be lucky if you can get an appointment with any of them.

Even before covid it was near impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. One of the receptionists is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Overall a bad experience. I have since switched doctors

I am here to complain about a Health Visitor for my little Brother. Her name is Joe.We are 100% sure he has ADHD, my Mum suspected I had Autism and she was right, I was diagnosed with Autism. Joe said that he doesn't have it, but she isn't a professional in the matter. She told my Mum that if he doesn't get rid of Dummy's and Nappies by 5 Social services will get called !?!Please fire her. She is unprofessional and always blames my Mum for EVERYTHING when she is a great Mum
