This is a fantastic business. I ordered an Eros pin for my boyfriend for Christmas as it was a perfect gift for him.Unfortunately there were some issues with delivery due to Royal Mail and in no fault of Audra’s, as it seems Royal Mail misplaced the pin for awhile, and unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time for Christmas.However Audra was absolutely fantastic throughout this whole ordeal by looking into it for me for updates, and even dealing with Royal Mail’s lengthy waiting times over the phone. In the end she even sent a second pin free of charge in the hopes of it arriving for Christmas.The customer service and care from Audra was fantastic, and she went above and beyond to help. I was so impressed I had to write this review to give credit where it’s due.When I was finally able to give it to him he loved it and it was perfect.I would definitely shop with Audra again!
