Thank you for a wonderful experience in your shop. I took my daughter to get her prom dress. She was so indecisive but the ladies in the shop were so kind and patient. It was the loveliest experience with the best customer service and the dress they chose for her was stunning. Highly recommend.

I came into Slinky Pinks to purchase my daughter a prom dress after being recommended my a friend.I must admit the initial service received and the array of dresses available was amazing!We came away from having a once in a lifetime experience which we both enjoyed and she bought a dress that she absolutely loved and looked amazing in!!HOWEVER, the day of the prom she was taking some pictures with her friend and I noticed the material had marked (simply by her using her fingers to bring her dress down with her fingers). I was quite disappointed and surprised, especially as the dress wasn’t cheap and it was only 15 mins since she had worn it!’I called them up the following day, and sent pictures as requested, but their attitude completely changed from how they were in the shop ‘helping’ us purchase the dress.I was basically told that it wasn’t sold like that and there was nothing that could be done!?All I wanted was for them to send it back to their manufacturer for them to decide as it felt the material wasn’t well made for the amount the dress cost!?She continued to tell me that it was a good brand and that it wasn’t sold like that, which I completely agreed with.It just seemed she didn’t care, they got their money and that it wasn’t their problem!!I was extremely disappointed with the service and honestly was not expecting the response I got!I will definitely not be back for my younger daughters prom dress!!

Can not recommend slinky pinks enough, after having the worst time with my original prom dress, they helped me find an absolutely gorgeous dress! Incredibly helpful, understanding and so committed to helping find the perfect dress for each girl. Couldn’t be more thankful with just a week until prom I’ve got a gorgeous dress to wear. The staff were fantacsit! The way they comented on each dress was very halpful. Thank you! If have been to many stores and this one is the best one as the atmosphere is very comfortable and there is a wide verierty of dresses.

I came to Slinky Pinks yesterday to look for a dress for my sister and honestly the service was wonderful. We were treated so well, and were not forced or felt pushed into buying anything even though we didn’t find quite the right dress. They have beautiful dress and lots of stock in different colours and sizes. I would highly recommend this boutique!

Absolutely amazing experience. Came here earlier today to get my prom dress and I have come out very happy. The staff were lovely and made it a very comfortable experience. Tried on an array of dresses still with time to spare. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a prom dress!!

We went to Slinky Pinks last night (2.5 weeks until prom!) and had an incredible experience. My daughter was treated like a celebrity from the second her foot touched the doorstep! The attention to the other girls and families in the shop was equally noted but each family had their own zone in the very gorgeous boutique! Absolutely loved the school sticker colour coded system so no girl wears the same dress from the shop. Really can’t recommend this beautiful shop and staff enough. Thank you and we can’t wait to pick up the dress!!

Brought my daughter's prom dress today. Fabulous experience. They put my daughter at ease as she was feeling a little anxious and overwhelmed. Would hugely recommend. Once in a lifetime experience for a teen-ager
